Madhur Bhandarkar new film Heroine is now in issue because of scene in the film. In that scene kareena is smoked and other hand she hold the wine glass also.
Now days Information and Broadcasting Minister are against such views were ordered to run tobacco-control information.
But the film's producer UTV Motion Pictures the Information and Broadcasting Ministry has approached the Delhi High Court against the order.
